Board of Directors
The role of the Program Management Forum Board of Directors is to set the long term strategy of the the Program Management Forum to ensure that it fulfills our mission and vision.
In addition the Board of Directors has the fiduciary responsibility that all funds in the Program Management Forum are spent and invested with the upmost integrity, complete transparency, and in behalf of the Mission of the Program Management Forum.

 Jon Marshall Past President
|
Jon Marshall has worked for 35 years in the high tech industry in roles including Section Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, Engineering Team Leader, Senior Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Senior Consultant and Trainer, Senior Course Developer, and founder of two consulting companies. He worked at Tektronix for 17 years including 2 years as the manager of Future Product Concepts and holds a patent for a proprietary manufacturing process. His content experience includes software development, integrated circuit development, mechanical design, user interaction design, microelectronic device design and many other areas. Jon currently is president of Innovation Frameworks LLC, a consulting and training firm dealing with Innovation, New Product Definition, and Proactive Program Layout.

 Rosi Marshall
|
Rosi Marshall volunteers for the Program Management Forum because it fulfills her passion to support the local community dedicated to the profession of Program Management. She has a broad management experience in the local high tech arena with Tek, Sequent, IBM, RadiSys, Agilis Solutions.  Jose Campos VP of Fundraising
|
Jose founded the Program Management Forum after he conducted a survey of local companies and found that there was no place for program managers to learn, collaborate and have fun. Together with Dragan Milosevic, Jim Waddell, Ed Metzler and others a "core" was established which later became the Program Management Forum.
Jose is also the founder of Rapidinnovation, LLC, a Management Consulting group whose only focus is helping customers solve thorny product development challenges.

 Gary Hinkle
|
Gary C. Hinkle is President and Founder of Auxilium. His experience includes 20+ years in a broad variety of management and staff assignments with small, medium, and large companies involved in the development and manufacturing of high-tech products. His primary mission is to help product development companies achieve well-rounded, world-class excellence. Auxilium's consultants and instructors have helped thousands of professionals and their respective businesses become more productive and collaborative.
Since founding Auxilium, Gary has conducted workshops for hundreds of participants worldwide and provided R&D management services for clients in various industries. In addition to serving as a voluteer on the Program Management Forum board of directors, Gary is also the Chairman for the IEEE Oregon Section. He is a regular contributor of articles focused on R&D productivity and R&D leadership for IEEE-USA and the International Society for Optical Engineering (SPIE).

 Tim Runcie Treasurer

As founder and President of Advisicon, Tim is a world-recognized training and consulting expert in technology dedicated to advancing Project and Portfolio Management (also known as EPM) and creating culture change with best practices and technology. Tim is the author of many published books and articles aimed at supporting this technology at all levels of use. Tim holds a position on the Advisory Council to Microsoft which focuses on the next two generations of technology to support customer needs through Project Management. Tim is also recognized as an Enterprise Project MVP (Microsoft Most Valuable Professional), an honor bestowed on only 21 individuals worldwide. Finding a true passion in the ongoing evolution of technology, Tim now has more than two decades of hands-on development and application experience to his credit.

 Beverly Barnhart Secretary
|
Beverly Barnhart is a program management professional with over 15 years experience managing projects, programs and business relationships in both Marketing and Development organizations. She is currently a manager with IBM's Independent Software Vendor (ISV) organization where the goal is to ensure that key ISV application solutions are available on IBM platforms.
Bev's professional credentials include PMI and IBM project management certification and an MBA degree. She has been active with PMF since 2002, has served as PMF President and is currently Secretary for the organization.

 Wendy Peterman Executive Director
|
Wendy is a project management consultant and has 15 years of experience in defense. She managed R&D projects for radar and underwater acoustic target acquisition. She has recently worked in project management for medical devices. Wendy has a BSEE and MSEE from Stanford University and is presently a candidate for an MS in Engineering Management at PSU.
